The 2nd BioDM Workshop on Data Mining for Biomedical Applications (BioDM 2007) will be held in May, 2007 in conjunction with the 11th Pacific-Asia Conference on Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining (PAKDD 2007) at Nanjing, China. The first BioDM workshop was successfully held in April, 2006 in Singapore which attracted 35 full submissions, of which 14 papers were presented in the workshop and published as a volume of LNBI by Springer-Verlag. Again, BioDM 2007 is aimed at attracting top researchers, practitioners, and students from around the world to discuss data mining applications in the field of bioinformatics.
